Cue the peppermint lattes, holiday decor, cheesy hallmark movies, and Christmas music because DECEMBER IS HEEEERE!
This is usually the busiest (and most stressful) time of the year for most people. 🙋🏼♀️It can be hard to make changes when life is comin at you 100 miles per hour. And let’s be honest, now is probably NOT the time to make major changes in your life.
One of the biggest mistakes people make when tackling their [health/fitness] goals is trying to change TOO MUCH at one time, which is rarely sustainable.
So let’s get rid of the “it’s a busy season, I’ll start caring about my health next year” and focus on some small changes you can make to feel your BEST this month.
But don’t stress, because these habits DON’T have to be crazy or miserable. In fact, creating healthy habits should be FUN and enjoyable.
